Installation types:
1. Automatic install via .deb.
2. Manual install for specific user:
  place /usr/bin/fwm (or /usr/local/bin/fwm) line into
  ~/.xinitrc for startx
  ~/.xsession for gdm3/lightdm

Run w/o arguments (manually or automatically) - two configs looked for:
  system-wide at /etc/X11/fwm/fwm.conf
  user-local at ~/.config/fwm
  when both missing, default settings used

Run with at least one argument - first argument is primary config, other args
are secondary configs. If primary config reading failed, default settings used.
If secondary config reading failed, only primery config used. Filename "-"
means stdin, NOTE: do not use endless pipes here because fwm won't start until
EOF.
